Dungeon Alchemist is an AI-powered map generation tool that helps game creators create maps. This isn’t a videogame though. It’s a tool for game makers and certain players playing certain games. What we’ve found about Dungeon Alchemist for players is that they can create their maps and print out paper copies. The maps generated on Dungeon Alchemist can also be used in Virtual Tabletop Applications.
Although Dungeon Alchemist hasn’t been released yet, the release is expected to take place at the end of 2021. The release is going to be on PC, macOS, and Linux. According to the KickStarter page of Dungeon Alchemist, it will also be available on ARM-powered MacBooks. So you will get to use Dungeon Alchemist on all platforms that you have a mouse and a keyboard. Since this is a tool that you’ll use to enhance a game or perhaps create your own, Dungeon Alchemist won’t be available on consoles.
Dungeon Alchemist Download
Dungeon Alchemist hasn’t been released yet. So the only way to get your hands on it is through accessing the beta. It’s currently in closed-beta so there is no direct way to download it. If you back the project on KickStarter, you will get a free license and be a part of the beta community. However, it might be too late by the time you read this article on Dungeon Alchemist. Nevertheless, it’s going to be released on Steam by the end of 2021 and we expect the price to be somewhere between $19.99 and $29.99.
One thing to keep in mind about the Dungeon Alchemist is not to mistake it with the Alchemist Dungeon which is a dungeon game. It’s a separate title that’s a videogame, not a tool like the Dungeon Alchemist. You can read more about Alchemist Dungeon to see our take on it though.
